Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea 5'-ribonucleotitelor din acizi nucleici cu 5'-fosfodiesteraza constînd din aceea cî acizii ribonucleici dintr-o solutie de acid nucleic brut care contine acidul dezoxibonucleic cu greutate moleculara mai mare de 200.000 si acid ribonucleic cu greutati moleculare de 10.000 pîna la 50.000, obtinuta din microorganisme prin extractia lipidelor cu amoniac si alcanoli inferiori urmata de extractie apoasa se hidrolizeaza selectiv prin imobilizarea 5'-fosfodiesterazei pe un suport macroporos de copolimer format din metacrilat de glicil, eter alilglicidil, metacrilamida cu canale cu diametrul de maximum 100 nm si un volum al porilor de 2-3 ml/g dupa care 5'-ribonucleotidele prin metode în sine cunoscute.
