COMPRENDE: A) PONER EN CONTACTO UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA QUE CONTIENE CEFTAZIDIMA Y QUE TIENE UN PH EN EL INTERVALO DE 2,0 A 5,5, CON UNA RESINA MACRORRETICULAR NO FUNCIONAL QUE ES UN COPOLIMERO DE ESTIRENO RETICULADO CON DIVINIL-BENCENO Y CON UNA SUPERFICIE ESPECIFICA DE 200 A 1.200 M/G Y UN DIAMETRO MEDIO DE POROS DE 2 A 18 MM, PARA ADSORBER CEFTAZIDIMA; B) ELUDIR LA CEFTAZIDIMA EMPLEANDO UNO O MAS DISOLVENTES ORGANICOS MISCIBLES CON AGUA MEZCLADOS CON AGUA, SELECCIONADOS ENTRE CETONAS, ETERES, ESTERES, NITRILOS Y ALCOHOLES COMPRENDIENDO DEL 5 AL 50% DEL VOLUMEN TOTAL DEL ELUYENTE; Y C) AISLAR LA CEFTAZIDIMA EN FORMA DE UNA SAL O UN HIDRATO.
