EL ADN AJENO SE TRANSFIERE A UN MICROORGANISMO RECEPTOR CAPAZ DE PRODUCIR UN MICROORGANISMO PRODUCTOR DE NISINA. LA NISINA SE USA EN LA ELABORACION DE ALIMENTOS Y COMO AGENTE CONSERVADOR DE LOS MISMOS, ESPECIALMENTE PARA QUESO, FRUTAS Y VEGETALES ENVASADOS.
