Abstract
METODO PARA LA CONSERVACION DE UN MATERIAL MEDIANTE LA INCORPORACION EN DICHO MATERIAL DE UN MICROORGANISMO. CONSISTE EN INCORPORAR EN EL MATERIAL UN MICROORGANISMO DERIVADO DE LA NISINA QUE CONTIENE ADN AJENO, CAPAZ DE CODIFICAR LA PRODUCCION DE NISINA. EL ADN AJENO SE TRANSFIERE A UN MICROORGANISMO RECEPTOR CAPAZ DE PRODUCIR UN MICROORGANISMO PRODUCTOR DE NISINA. LA NISINA SE USA EN LA ELABORACION DE ALIMENTOS Y COMO AGENTE CONSERVADOR DE LOS MISMOS, ESPECIALMENTE PARA QUESO, FRUTAS Y VEGETALES ENVASADOS.
