PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE UN SABORIZANTE, PARA IMPARTIR UN SABOR DE CARNE O PESCADO COCIDO A ALIMENTOS.CONSISTE EN COMBINAR UN MANTERIAL LIPIDICO QUE CONTIENE POR LO MENOS UN TRIGLICERIDO Y UN ACIDO GRASO INSATURADO, CON UN COMPUESTO QUE CONTIENE AZUFRE, PARA FORMAR UNA MEZCLA, Y A CONTINUACION SE HACE REACCIONAR LA MEZCLA FORMADA MEDIANTE CALENTAMIENTO, PARA OBTENER EL SABORIZANTE. DURANTE LA ETAPA DE REACCION SE OXIDA EL MATERIAL LIPIDICO POR CONTACTO CON UN AGENTE OXIDANTE, LLEGANDO A ALCANZAR LA OXIDACION UN VALOR COMPRENDIDO ENTRE 5 Y 150 MILIQUIVALENTES POR KILO DE MATERIAL LIPIDICO.
