PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE 4-(2 -NITROFENIL)-2,6-DIMETIL-3,5-DICARBOMETOXI-1,4-DIHIDROPIRIDINA. CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DE 2-NITROBENZALDEHIDO-DIACILATO CON METAL ACETOACETATO Y CON AMONIACO. LA REACCION SE LLEVA A CABO EN UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO INERTE TAL COMO METANOL, EN PRESENCIA O AUSENCIA DE UNA BASE ORGANICA, TAL COMO PIRIDINA, A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 20 C Y 150 C. ESTE COMPUESTO TIENE APLICACIONES FARMACOLOGICAS PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE LA ANGINA DE PECHO.
