EL PH SE PUEDE AJUSTAR A 3-3,5 VALIENDOSE DE CUALQUIER ACIDO COMESTIBLE FUERTE, TAL COMO EL ACIDO CLORHIDRICO, ACIDO TARTARICO, MALICO O LACTICO.
