PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE MUCOPOLISACARIDOS, CON ACTIVIDAD ANTIXA, QUE TIENE APLICACIONES FARMACOLOGICAS COMO AGENTE ANTITROMBOTICO. CONSISTE EN EL TRATAMIENTO CONTROLADO DE HEPARINA CON AGENTE QUIMICO, TAL COMO EL ACIDO NITROSO, CAPAZ DE DESPOLIMERIZAR O FRAGMENTAR LAS CADENAS HEPARINICAS, DE MODO QUE SE FORMA UNA MEZCLA CONSTITUIDA FUNDAMENTALMENTE POR PRODUCTOS QUE TIENE UNOS TITULOS YIN-WESLER Y USP EN RELACION SUPERIOR A 2 Y QUE CONTIENEN GRUPOS REDUCTORES TERMINALES DE ESTRUCTURA 2,5-ANIHIDRO-D-MANOSA. EL ACIDO NITROSO DE SE GENERA IN SITU POR MEDIO DE NITRITO SODICO Y UN ACIDO Y LA DESPOLIMERIZACION SE REALIZA A TEMPERATURAS ENTRE 0C Y 10C.
