Abstract

Mejoras introducidas en el objeto de la patente principal nº 461.684, concedida el 6 de noviembre de 1978 por: Procedimiento de conservación y valoración de vegetales en estado verde, que comprenden la adición a estos vegetales antes del ensilaje de un factor de degradación de los glúcidos superiores en glúcidos fermentescibles utilizables por las bacterias que producen la fermentación láctica, estando constituido ester factor por un complejo de enzimas y/o por un complejo de bacterias, caracterizadas porque el complejo enzimático comprende, asociado o no a una amilasa fungida, a una amilasa bacteriana, a una amiloglocidas, a un complejo hemicelulótico de origen fúncico que posee como actividad principal una actividad galactomanasácica, una celulosa o complejo celulítico de glucosa y que tiene una actividad C1 de 50 a 0,005 unidades internacionales y una actividad Cx de 500 a 0,05 unidades internaciones para 100 gramos de vegetal fresco y conserva actividad al cabo de 10 días y porque el complejo bacteriano comprende bacterias gram-que fermentan el almidón perno fermentan la maltosa, que pertenecen a la famila de las Enterobacteriaceae, tipo Erwinia o Pectobacterium, grupo Herbicola que son denominadas Enterobacter agglomerans
