Abstract

Fremgangsmåte for bioomdanning av organiske industriell- eller landbruks- celluloseholdige avfallsprodukter til et proteinholdig produkt. Fremgangsmåten innbefatter en finfordeling av avfallsproduktene med fukting og tilsetting av en startkultur som induserer dens biologiske nedbrytning og omdanning til enkle karbohydrater. Karbohydratene fermenteres til fordøyelige produkter. Startkulturen innbefatter spaltingsenzymer fremstilt fra spiselige mikroorganismer som sopp og bakterier valgt fra gruppen som består av Humicola grisea, Trichoderma harzaiium, Ruminococcus albus.
