Abstract

Selüloz ihtiva eden sinai ya da zirai atiklarin protein ihtiva eden ürünler haline dönüstürülmesi ile ilgili yöntem. Yöntem atiklarin ögütülmesini, nemlendirilmesini ve biyolojik indirgenme isleminin tahrik edilmesi için bir baslatici kültür eklenmesini ve bu sekildebasit karbohidratlara dönüstürmeyi ihtiva eder. Karbohidratlar yenilebilen ürünler haline gelecek sekilde mayalanirlar. Baslatici kültür Humicola grisea, Trichoderma harzanum, Ruminococcus albus grubu içinden seçilen mantar ve bakteri gibi yenilebilen bir mikro organizma tarafindan üretilen yarma enzimlerini ihtiva eder.
