Abstract

Fremgangsmåter og ekspresjons-kon- struksjoner er fremskaffet for kloning og over-ekspresjon av et arabinoxylan- nedbrytende enzym av sopp-opprinnelse i en valgt mikrobevertscelle. Enzymet er vist å være aktivt ved nedbrytning av vann-uløselige faststoffer oppnådd fra mais.
