Abstract

Способ биоконверсии органических целлюлозосодержащих отходов промышленного либо сельскохозяйственного производства в белковый продукт. Упомянутый способ включает измельчение отходов с увлажнением и добавлением закваски, индуцирующей биологическое разложение отходов с превращением их в простые углеводы. Полученные углеводы ферментируют до уровня легко усваиваемых продуктов. Упомянутая закваска включает расщепляющие ферменты, продуцируемые съедобными микроорганизмами, например грибами и бактериями, выбираемыми из группы, включающей Humicola grisea, Trichoderma harzianum, Ruminococcus albus.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
