Abstract

Una mezcla para bebida de grano de café instantáneo similar al café y mejorada que tiene un sabor, gusto y arma de café ortodoxos se preparar a partir de 13.98% en peso de extracto de grano refinado, 0-84% en peso de extracto de base de café y de 0,05 a aproximadamente 3,0% en peso de compuestos de aroma-sabor de café recogidos criogénicamente. Los compuestos de aroma y sabor de café se preparan recogiendo compuestos volátiles de aroma y sabor de café desorbido o separado con vapor a vacío a baja temperatura en forma de un material congelado por condensación a una temperatura criogénica y una presión absoluta de aproximadamente 0,1 a aproximadamente 200 mm de mercurio. Una mezcla para bebida de grano de café instantáneo similar al café y mejorada que comprende el extracto de grano refinado, los compuestos de aroma-sabor de café y una base de café en dichas cantidades proporcionan una bebida que huele y sabe como el café auténtico y en sus composiciones preferidas es sorprendentemente tan aceptable como el afé para los bebedores de afé auténtico como los principales cafés instantáneos al 100%
