Abstract

Procedimiento para revestir simultáneamente la superficie de una estructura compuesta de cojinete, que tiene una porción de su área superficial compuesta de un metal a base de aluminio y otra porción del área superficial compuesta de un metal de base férrea, con una capa adherente de metal a base de estaño; caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: (a) poner en contacto dicha estructura compuesta con un ácido mineral que contiene iones elegidos entre iones fluoruro, iones conteniendo fluoruro y mezclas de los anteriores, para activar la superficie del metal a base de aluminio; y b) sumergir la estructura compuesta en un baño de deposición acuoso que contiene un ácido mineral, una fuente de iones elegidos entre iones fluoruro, iones conteniendo fluoruro y mezclas de los anteriores, y una fuente de iones estannoso, estando presentes estos últimos en una cantidad comprendida entre 1 y 75 g/1 aproximadamente, durante un periodo de tiempo suficiente para causar la deposición del estaño simultáneamente sobre la superficie metálica a base de aluminio, por intercambio de los iones aluminio por iones estaño, y sobre dicha superficie de metal de base férrea por medio de un par galvánico formado entre el metal a base de alumino y el metal de base férrea.
