Abstract

Método y aparato de cambio iónico del tipo de lecho en movimiento, caracterizado porque dicho aparato incluye: un recipiente de carga que tiene un conducto de alimentación y un dispositivo colector para hacer pasar un líquido de alimentación a través de un lecho de resina de intercambio iónico situado en él, teniendo dicho recipiente de carga una entrada de resina y una salida de resina; un depósito de carga comunicado con dicha entrada de resina del recipiente de carga para dar paso a la resina, conteniendo dicho depósito de carga un lecho de resina en movimiento; un recipiente de regeneración comunicando con dicho depósito de carga para dar paso a la resina, teniendo dicho recipiente de regeneración un lecho de resina en movimiento y un dispositivo de distribución de líquido; un depósito de regeneración comunicando con dicho recipiente de regeneración para dar paso a la resina, incluyendo en su interior dicho depósito de regeneración un lecho de resina en movimiento; un dispositivo de bombeo para hacer pasar la solución de regeneración a dicho recipiente de regeneración a través de dicho dispositivo de distribución de líquido; un dispositivo de enjuague para desplazar el licor de enjuague a través de dicha resina en el depósito de carga; un dispositivo de aplicación de presión para desplazar una parte del lecho de resina contenido en dicho depósito de carga hasta dicho recipiente de carga; y un conducto de transferencia de suspensión de resina que hace comunicar dicha salida de resina del recipiente de carga con dicho depósito de regeneración.
