Abstract

LA INVENCION CONSISTE EN UN NUEVO PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE SALES Y ACIDOS DISUELTOS A PARTIR DE OTROS DISPONIBLES, MEDIANTE RESINA CAMBIADORAS DE IONES.EL PROCESO SE REALIZA EN DOS ETAPAS, DISPONIENDO LA RESINA CAMBIADORA EN COLUMNAA. EN LA PRIMERA ETAPA SE CARGA LA RESINA CON EL CATION CORRESPONDIENTE A LA SAL QUE SE DESEA OBTENER, HACIENDO PASAR A TRAVES DE LA RESINA DISOLUCION DE UNA SAL ADECUADA. LA RESINA CARGADA SE EXTRAE CICLICAMENTE DE LA COLUMNA AL MISMO TIEMPO QUE ES SUSTITUIDA POR RESINA REGENERADA, PROCEDENTE DE LA SEGUNDA ETAPA DEL PROCESO. POR LA COLUMNA CIRCULAN ALTERNATIVAMENTE LA RESINA Y LA DISOLUCION SALINA. AL CIRCULAR LA DISOLUCION Y COMO CONSECUENCIA DEL INTERCAMBIO CON LA RESINA, EN LA MEDIDA QUE ESTA SE REGENERA, SE PRODUCE UNA DISOLUCION DE UNA SAL O ACIDO CORRESPONDIENTE.ANTES DE HACER PASAR LA RESINA DE LA PRIMERA ETAPA DEL PROCESO A LA SEGUNDA SE LA LIBERA DE LA DISOLUCION SALINA CON QUE FUE CARGADA POR ESCURRIDO Y LAVADO CON AGUA, DESPLAZAMIENTO CON OTRA DISOLUCION.EN LA SEGUNDA ETAPA DEL PROCESO LA RESINA ES REGENERADA HACIENDO PASAR A TRAVES DE LA MISMA DISOLUCION DE UNA SAL O DE UN ACIDO CUYO UNION SEA EL CORRESPONDIENTE A LA SAL QUE SE DESEA OBTENER. EL MECANISMO DE OPERACION ES SIMILAR AL DE LA PRIMERA ETAPA.
