Abstract
Procedimiento para fabricar almidones modificados, del tipo en el que se parte de una leche de almidón que se somete a separación a separación de líquido, a una fase de dilución, y a una reacción mediante reactivos químicos, caracterizado por el hecho de que se efectúa una primera fase de separación de líquido aguas arriba del recinto de reacción, una segunda fase de separación de líquido aguas abajo de dicho recinto, y porque se utiliza el filtrado resultante de la segunda fase de separación de líquido como agua de fabricación, que se recircula al menos una vez en la fase de dilución, mediante lo cual se suprime el rechazo de aguas residuales.
