Abstract

Fusible térmico de desconexión que incluye una envoltura: un par de terminales continuos con hilos conductores respectivos que se extienden fuera del interior de la envoltura y que están separados el uno del otro para formar un espacio entre ellos un dispositivo deslizante situado en el interior de una partee del espacio intercalado entre los dos terminales y empujado por un muelle en la dirección de por lo menos uno de los dos terminales, una pastilla térmica capaz de conservar el estado sólido a temperaturas normales, que funde en presencia de una temperatura elevada y por tanto, que sirve, cuando está en estado sólido, para detener el movimiento del dispositivo deslizante a pesar de la fuerza de empuje del muelle, formando así un espacio continuo entre los dos terminales y, cuando está en estado fundido, permitiendo que el dispositivo deslizante se desplace bajo el efecto de la fuerza del muelle, eliminado así por lo menos una parte del espacio continuo entre los dos terminales y un material conductor situado para ocupar el espacio continuo, dotado de la propiedad de presentar fluidez antes de ser elevado el nivel de temperatura pre-ajustado y que sirve para establecer la continuidad eléctrica entre los dos terminales mientras se conserva el espacio continuo entre los terminales y que interrumpe la continuidad eléctrica cuando, por lo menos una parte del espacio continuo, es abierto en una parte del mismo.
