Abstract

Preparación de compuestos tricíclicos con cabeza de puente de nitrógeno y de sus sales de adición de ácido y cuaternarias. Se hacen reaccionar 2-aminopiridina y 2- etoxicarbonilciclohexanona en etiléster de ácido polifosfórico a 165ºC y, después de cromatografiar en una columna de alúmina, se preparaba la 2,3-tetrametilen-4-oxo-4H-pirido(1,2- a)pirimidina con un rendimiento del 50%. Se ha preparado 2,3- tetrametelen-4-oxo-6,7,8,9-tetrahidro-4H-pirido(1,2- a)pirimidina con un rendimiento del 78% a partir de una sal interior de hidróxido de 11-oxo-1,2,3,4,5,7,8,9,10,11- decahidropirido(1,2-b)cinnolina-6-io en una reacción de fotoisomerización que tarda unos días. El mismo compuesto se preparo con sólo un rendimiento del 14% calentando cloruro de 2-iminopiperidina y 2-etoxicarbonilciclohexonona bajo atmósfera de nitrógeno en ácido acético en una reacción que tardaba 20 horas.
