Abstract

Procedimiento para fabricar un tubo aleteado para intercambiador de calor o similar, que tiene aletas en forma de T en el lado exterior del tubo, que corren circunferencialmente alrededor del mismo, extendiéndose la base de las aletas en esencia radialmente desde la pared del tubo y aproximadamente los extremos exteriores, la base de las aletas en esencia radialmente desde la pared del tubo y aproximándose los extremos exteriores de las aletas a los extremos exteriores de aletas adyacentes, según el cual el material de las aletas se obtiene por desplazamiento del material que constituye la parte del tubo, cuyo material es desplazado en dirección hacia fuera por un proceso de laminación, es puesto en rotación y empujado, o solamente empujado, de acuerdo con las aletas formadas, por lo que se obtienen aletas de altura creciente a partir de la pared del tubo lisa, por lo demás no conformada, caracterizado porque los extremos de las aletas, después de formación, son alisados por medio de presión radial, de manera que los extremos de las aletas alisados se encuentren en la superficie de un cilindro imaginario que es coaxial con el eje geométrico medio del tubo y porque, subsiguientemente, los extremos de las aletas alisadas son ranurados en la dirección circunferencial del tubo, curvados hacia un lado y, merced a una nueva presión radial, son forzados hasta adoptar forma de T.
