Abstract
Mejoras introducidas en el objeto de la patente principal n 461 150, por procedimiento para la obtención de materiales espumados de resina de aminoplasto, conteniendo agua con isocianatos orgánicos como mínimo bifuncionales, agregándose un precondensado de aminoplasto hidrosoluble, o bien sus productos previos en solución acuosa simultáneamente con, pero independiente de los catalizadores de endurecimiento ácido al isocianato como mínimo bifuncional, al que previamente se le ha agregado una amina y, en caso dado, un compuesto metálico orgánico para lacatalísis de la reacción del isocianato con agua y los grupos hidroxilo de los compuestos orgánicos existentes en la mezcla de reacción, ascendiendo la proporción en peso entre el agua y el isocianato orgánico a 0,05 hasta 4,0:1 agregándose el catalizador ácido en una proporción cuantitativa de 0,05-5,0% en peso, referido a la mezcla espumable, caracterizado porque como solución acuosa de un precondensado de aminoplasto, o bien de sus productosprevios, se emplea uno que se ha obtenido por reacción de formaldehido con el formador de aminoplasto en proporción molar de 1,80 hasta 4,5:1, a temperatura más elevada, como máximo a la temperatura de ebullición a continuación, ajuste de un valor ph de 7,0 hasta 8,0 y disolución de la úrea manteniendo una proporción molar entre formaldehido y formador de aminoplasto de 1,0 - 2,1: 1.
