Abstract

Procedimientos para la obtención de materiales sintéticos espumados con comportamiento a la inflamación mejorado, por condensación de resinas de aminoplasto con isocianatos orgánicos como mínimo bifuncionales y en caso dado polioles, caracterizado porque soluciones acuosas de precondensados de úrea y/o melamina con formaldehido con un contenido de 0,5 hasta 20 partes en peso de precondensado por parte en peso de agua se condensan a temperaturas entre 20 y 100ºC en presencia de catalizadores ácidos con el poliisocianato y en caso dado el poliol, agregándose el catalizador ácido en una cantidad de 1% en peso por como mínimo 20 partes en peso de precondensado por separado del precondensado al poliisocianato o bien a sus mezclas con el precondensado y/o el poliol.
