Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de poliaminas ricas en orto- isómeros, de la serie difenilmetano, por reacción de anilina con formaldehído a precondensados N-sustituidos, eliminación del agua formada en caso dado en forma de solución acuosa de formaldehído, transposición de los precondensados en presencia de sales de anilina de ácidos fuertes a las correspondientes aminas primarias sustituidas en el núcleo aromático, neutralización del catalizador empleado y ulterior elaboración, en sí conocida, de los productos de reacción obtenidos, dimensionándose las cantidades de los reactantes y de los ácidos fuertes mencionados de manera que la cantidad total de la anilina empleada corresponda a una proporción molar de anilina/formaldehído de 4:1 hasta 20:1 y la cantidad total del ácido fuerte empleado, referido a la cantidad total de la anilina que se emplea, a una proporción de equivalencia de anilina/ácido de 10:1 hasta 1000:1, caracterizado porque como mínimo la mitad de la cantidad total de la anilina a emplear se reúne con el ácido a una mezcla de anilina/sal de anilina, esta mezcla se calienta a una temperatura de 100- 200ºC y en esta mezcla se introduce el precondensado N- sustituido mantenido a una temperatura de 0 hasta 100ºC, y a continuación se termina la transposición del precondensado a una temperatura dentro del margen de temperaturas entre 100 y 250ºC.
