Abstract
Procedimiento para disminuir el contenido y/o el consumo de ácido sulfuroso en bebidastales como vinosvinos espumososchampanesmostoszumos de frutas y otrasen el cual la correspondiente bebida es tratada con un intercambiador de aniones y el intercambiador de anionesdespués de haberse efectuado el intercambio de sus ioneses regenerable de nuevocaracterizado porque la bebida es tratada con un intercambiador de aniones altamente reticuladoque está cargado con un ácido orgánico o inorgánico débily porque el intercambiador de aniones sustrae de la bebida ácido sulfuroso y sus participantes en la fijaciónsin influir desventajosamente sobre sus demás datos característicos analíticos.
