Claims (10)

  1. 화학적으로 변형되지 않은 γ-글로부린을 함유하는 수용액을 열처리하는 방법에 있어서, 솔비톨의 존재하에서 열처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 솔비톨이 수용액 100㎖당 10내지 70g의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 솔비톨이 수용액 100㎖당 30내지 70g의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 솔비톨이 수용액 100㎖당 40내지 60g의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 수용액의 이온강도가 0.01이하인 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 수용액의 이온강도가 0.001이하인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 수용액의 pH가 4.5내지 6.5인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 수용액의 pH가 5내지 6인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 50내지 70℃의 온도에서 10분 내지 20시간동안 열처리하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 약 60℃의 온도에서 10시간 동안 열처리하는 방법.
