Abstract
본 발명은 소금의 정제방법에 관한 것으로서 천일염 또는 해수염 노에 넣고 450℃ 내지 550℃에서 30분내지 1시간 550℃ - 600℃에서 30분 내지 1시간 600℃ 내지 800℃에서 30분 내지 1시간동안씩 3단계 가열을 행함으로써 불순물을 제거하고 미네랄 성분이 함유된 정제된 소금을 제조하는 것이다.

Claims (1)
- 천일염 또는 해수염을 노에 넣고 가열하여 450℃ 내지 550℃에서 30분 내지 1시간동안 유지시킨 다음 550℃ ~ 600℃에서 30분 내지 1시간동안 가열한 후 다시 600℃ 내지 800℃에서 30분 내지 1시간동안 숙성시킴을 특징으로 하는 소금의 정제방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
