Claims (8)

  1. 조 디니트로아닐린을 디니트로아닐린의 융점 이상 및 물의 비점 이하의 온도에서, 8내지 11의 pH에서, 유효량의 설파이트 수용액의 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하여 디니트로아닐린을 처리하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 처리된 디니트로아닐린이 트리플루랄린, 베네핀, 에탈플루랄린, 이소프로팔린, 부트랄린, 펜디메탈린, 플루클로랄린, 프로플루랄린, 디니트로라민, 클로르니딘, 오리잘린, 니트랄린, 프로설팔린 및 프로디아민 중에서 선택되는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 처리된 디니트로아닐린이 트리플루랄린, 베네핀 또는 에탈플루랄린인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 설파이트가 나트륨 설파이트, 칼륨 설파이트 및 암모늄 설파이트 중에서 선택되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 60 내지 90℃의 온도에서 처리하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 조 디니트로아닐린에 대해 1회 이상 처리하는 방법.
  7. 조 디니트로아닐린을 디니트로아닐린의 융점 이상 및 물의 비점 이하의 온도에서 pH 8 내지 11에서, 유효량의 설파이트 수용액과 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하여, 니트로소아민의 형성되지 않도록 디니트로아닐린을 안정화시키는 방법.
  8. 조 드니트로아닐린을 디니트로아닐린의 융점 이상 및 물의 비점 이하의 온도에서, pH 8 내지 11에서, 유효량의 설파이트 수용액과 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하여, 디니트로아닐린중의 불순물을 감소시키는 방법.
