Abstract

Procedimiento para la regeneración de un catalizador soporte de ácido bórico sobre carbón, presente en forma granular, en un procedimiento para la transposición de ciclohaxanonosimas a caprolactama en un reactor de lecho fluidificado en un catalizador de ácido bórico soportado sobre carbón, caracterizado porque una parte del catalizador se retira del reactor de lecho fluidificado cuando el contenido diferencial en nitrógeno orgánico en el catalizador es de un 0,3 hasta 2,0% en peso y dicha cantidad es reemplazada por una cantidad igual de catalizador regenerado manteniéndose el contenido diferencial de nitrógeno orgánico dentro del margen entre un 0,3 y 2,0% en peso y porque la parte de catalizador retirada se regenera con aire en un lecho fluidificado a una temperatura entre 400 y 700ºC y se retorna al reactor de lecho fluidificado empleado para la transposición de ciclohexanonoxima cuando una cantidad ulterior de catalizador sea retirada para su regeneración.
