Abstract

Un procedimiento para preparar una composición farmacéutica que comprende una antocianididina o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable de la misma, cuyo procedimiento incluye las operaciones de extraer una antocianina de un tejido de una planta, hidrolizar la antocianina para forma una antocianidina, purificar la antocianidina y mezclar la antocianidina purificada con un excipiente farmacéticamente aceptable, estando la antocianidina en forma libre o en forma de una sal o complejo farmacéuticamente aceptable.
