Abstract

Los sulfóxidos de cefalosporina son intermediarios ampliamente utilizados en la síntesis de antibióticos de cefalosporina. Por ejemplo, los sulfóxidos de cefalosporina son útiles en el procedimiento global para convertir los compuestos de 3-metil-3-cefem(desacetoxicefalosporinas) a compuestos antibióticos de metil-3-cefem-3-sustituídos.
