Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de suspensión de suspensiones acuosas adecuadas para su elaboración a agentes de lavado y de limpieza de silicatos de partículas fina, capacitados para el intercambio de cationes, conteniendo aún agua ligada, insolubles en agua, de formula general (** formula**) donde cat significa un cation de alcali, mediante mezcla de aluminato alcalino disuelto en agua con silicato alcalino disuelto en agua en presencia de alcali en exceso, caracterizado porque las soluciones acuosas, cuya composición total calculada con respecto a su contenido en A1203 y su contenido en si0 corresponde a la formula arriba indicada, en especial a la composición del producto deseado, pero que en total presentan como mínimo 2,5 moles de cat20 por mol de a1203 y como máximo 80 moles de agua por mol de a1203, se mezclan rápidamente y bajo fuerte agitación, y porque la suspensión obtenida, en caso dado antes de la reunión total de las soluciones, se sigue agitando fuertemente preferentementecomo mínimo hasta que se sobrepase su máximo de viscosidad, pero, sin embargo, preferentemente aun no se alcance al mínimo de viscosidad, después de lo cual se conducen como mínimo 1 vez y como mínimo tantas veces hasta que las soluciones estén totalmente mezcladas, en forma reciclante a través de un dispositivo desmenuzador, manteniéndose, en caso dado, después a una temperatura mas elevada hasta la cristalización como mínimo parcial.
