Abstract

Mejoras introducidas en un método y su correspondiente aparato de maquinado por electroerosión comprendiendo dicho aparato un conmutador electrónico de salida conectado funcionalmente entre una fuente de energía y un espinterometro EDM que incluye un electrodo y una pieza a soldar por resistencia para proporcionar pulsaciones de potencia de maquinado a la misma, un sistema limitador de corriente funcionalmente conectado al conmutador de salida para limitar la corriente máxima de las pulsaciones de potencia de maquinado que se suministra al espinterometro, un generador de pulsaciones numéricas con periodos de contacto y separación del Electrodo controlables y un sistema de servo-alimentación, caracterizadas dichas mejoras del aparato porque comprende: una fase de entrada de datos funcionalmente conectada al espinterómetro; una unidad de almacenamiento de datos en la memoria para almacenar datos de entrada de control previamente acumulados para operaciones EDM semejantes; y un computador programable funcionalmente conectado a dicho generador de pulsaciones y que controla el mismo, incluyendo dicho computador programable una ciudad de memoria de lectura solamente, siendo operable dicho computador programable para determinar la frecuencia máxima de funcionamiento del generador de pulsaciones en respuesta a diferencia habida entre los datos transferidos de dicha unidad de memoria a dicha unidad de memoria de lectura solamente, siendo operable dicho computador programable para determinar la frecuencia máxima de funcionamiento del generador de pulsaciones en respuesta a diferencia habida entre los datos transferidos de dicha unidad de memoria a dicha unidad de memoria de lectura solamente y los datos entrados en dicha unidad de memoria a partir de dicha fase de entrada de datos conectadas al espinterometro, con lo cual se controla la frecuencia máxima con respecto al establecimiento del límite de corriente.
