Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en tubos de gas de emisión de electrones para espectrometría de rayos X por excitación directa, caracterizados porque dichos tubos están constituidos por al menos un manguito aislante de forma cilíndrica que contiene un cátodo en forma de disco conectado a una fuente de alta tensión y un ánodo en forma de rejilla conectada a masa, estando provisto el manguito de una abertura destinada a desembocar en la cámara del espectrómetro, encontrandose el cátodo , el ánodo y la abertura alineados en eje del manguito.
