Abstract

Olla a vapor a presión, compuesta por una olla normal de cocción abierta por su parte superior y con un borde liso y uniforme, una tapa provista de válvula de seguridad y cuyo borde se asienta sobre el borde de la olla anteriormente citada, así como por un sistema mecánico de cierre, cuyos elementos mantienen mutuamente comprimidos los bordes de la olla y de su tapa, en estado cerrado, y cuya posición combinada se puede ajustar entre una situación de apertura y otra de cierre gracias a un dispositivo de accionamiento, que está montado en el centro de la tapa y que posee un movimiento relativo con respecto a ella, que se caracteriza esencialmente por el hecho de que la tapa (2) se compone de una caja central (4), que es la que acciona los elementos de cierre, y un bastidor periférico (5), que rodea concéntricamente a la caja central de la tapa y que cierra hermeticamente el borde de la olla base (1) con la ayuda de una junta perfilada del tipo de las ya conocidas (7); el borde exterior de lacaja central de la tapa (4) queda por debajo del bastidor periférico (5) y se apoya en éste a través de una junta de estanqueidad, fijada a la parte inferior del bastidor (5).
