Abstract

Cierre de seguridad y capuchón de cierre para un recipiente de seguridad, y especialmente con un capuchón de cierre con paso de rosca para un cuello de un recipiente de seguridad con paredes de recipiente, flexibles, compresibles, desde él que se expende líquidos fácilmente inflamables, en que el cierre de seguridad, que obtura el cuello del recipiente, consiste en una válvula de seguridad, que presenta una válvula de cono, maniobrada por membranas, accionable por disminución del espacio interior del recipiente, cuya válvula está soportada por una pieza moldeada cilíndrica y consiste en una membrana con una escotadura central, desde la que parte un manguito de estanqueidad, estirado hacia arriba, que se estrecha cónicamente, a través del cual esté pasado un cono dé válvula, al que se aplica el manguito de estanqueidad de la membrana, formando junta, y la membrana está adosada por moldeo a un soporte de membrana cilíndrica, que rodea abrazando la zona marginal superior de la pieza dispuestosobre partes soportadoras, que ceden de modo muelle ante en dirección axial de una placa anular, provista de escotaduras y ajustada en el soporte de membrana y que se caracteriza, porque el capuchón de cierre está constituido en dos partes y consiste en una parte inferior enroscable sobre el cuello del recipiente y una parte superior enrosca moldeada cilíndrica de la válvula de cono y marginal libre, alejado de la membrana, cogida hacia el exterior, se asienta sobre un cuyo sector a moldeada del soporte de válvula, sobre esta parte inferior, en lo que la parte inferior, por encima de una rosca interna, enroscable sobre el cuello del recipiente, presenta un escalón sobresaliente hacia el interior que, al estar enroscado el capuchón de cierre, sobre la cara superior de la brida del soporte de membrana se asienta firmemente, y además en la pared interior del extremo libre de la parte inferior están adosadas por moldeo, bridas de retención, que cooperan con levas sujetadoras dispuestas en el contorno exterior del cuello del recipiente.
