Abstract

1. Un montaje de elementos de cierre hermético para el vástago de guía de un frenado de disco de pinza flotante del tipo de acción localizada, con dicho vástago de guía (4) sujeto al miembro portafreno (5) o bien a la pinza de freno y estando alojado con posibilidad de deslizamiento en una abertura (6) de la pinza de freno (7) o bien del miembro portafreno, habiendo un manguito de cierre hermético (9,14) que por uno de sus extremos (b) está sujeto al borde abierto (8) de la abertura (6) y por su otro extremo (a) rodea, apretándole, al vástago (4), estando conectados ambos extremos (a, b) de este manguito de cierre hermético por una parte (c) en forma de fuelle, caracterizado porque el extremo (a) del manguito de cierre hermético (9, 14) que rodea al vástago (4) y que es de forma cilíndrica hueca tiene en su cara interna (2, 13) una ranura anular (10,11) y porque la parte de la superficie interna (12,13) aplicada al punto de sujeción (3) del vástago (4) tiene una forma de borde de cierre hermético (15, 16) aplicado al vástago (4), conteniendo dicho extremo (a) de forma cilíndrica hueca un resorte anular << EN CORONA>> (17) parcialmente rodeado por el material de la funda de cierre hermético (9, 14) y el cual tiene un cuello (18 ) situado concéntrico al vástago (4) que queda sujeto en una ranura (19) del vástago (4) y que impide que el extremo (a) del manguito de cierre hermético (9, 14) se desplace axialmente. 2. Un montaje de elementos de cierre hermético de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el resorte anular << EN CORONA>> (17) que está parcialmente rodeado por el material del manguito de cierre hermético (9,14) tiene una multitud de brazos elásticos en forma de dedos (24) que se extienden en la dirección del eje longitudinal y que con su extremo libre ejercen una presión radial hacia adentro sobre el borde de cierre hermético ( 15,16) contra el vástago (4). 3. Un montaje de elementos de cierre hermético de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracterizado porque el resote anular <<EN CORONA>> (17) tiene un cuello de forma más o menos cilíndrica (18) cuyo extremo del lado del fuelle sobresale del manguito de cierre hermético (9,14) y está rebordeado radialmente hacia adentro, quedando este borde (27) introduciendo en la ranura anular (19) del vástago (4) y con ello el manguito de cierre hermético (9, 14) sujeta a la parte (d) del vástago. 4. Un montaje de elementos de cierre hermético de acuerdo con las precedentes reivindicaciones, caracterizado porque el resorte anular <<EN CORONA>> (17) tiene una forma de brida (28) que conecta al cuello (18) con los brazos elásticos en forma de dedos (24) que se extienden paralelamente al eje de rotación (29) del resorte anular <<EN CORONA>> (17), extenidéndose dicha parte en forma de brida (28) en un plano en ángulo recto con el eje de rotación (29) e impidiendo que el manguito de cierre hermético (9,14) se deforme en la zona de la ranura anular (10,11), que está llena de grasa. 5. Un montaje deelementos de cierre hermético de acuerdo con una o varias de las precedentes reivindicaciones, caracterizado porque la parte en forma de fuelle (c) del manguito de cierre hermético (9) se extiende en un plano en ángulo recto con el eje longitudinal (30) del vástago (4), teniendo el extremo (b) del manguito de cierre hermético (9,14) que está sujeto al borde abierto (8) de la abertura (6) un diámetro mayor que el de la parte (a) del manguito de cierre hermético que rodea a la parte (d) del vástago (4). 6. Un montaje de elementos de cierre hermético de acuerdo con una o varias de las precedentes reivindicaciones, caracterizado porque el extremo (b) del manguito de cierre hermético (9, 14) tiene en su interior un anillo metálico (31) cuyo eje de rotación es concéntrico al eje longitudinal(30) del vástago (4). 7. Un montaje de elementos de cierre hermético para el vástago de guía de un freno de disco de pinza flotante.
