Abstract

Disposición de resorte para las zapatas de los frenos de disco del tipo de acción local, teniendo la zapata formado un apéndice no cubierto por el forro de fricción y estando dicha zapata montada en una placa portadora; en cuyo apéndice hay sujeto un resorte de alambre por medio de una zona de fijación del mismo que rodea directamente a dicho apéndice no cubierto por el forro de fricción que se engancha en una abertura de este apéndice, y dicho resorte de alambre al menos un brazo elástico que sale de dicha zona de fijación y que sirve para la sujeción el soporte de freno o en la pinza de freno, caracterizada porque dicha zona de fijación de dicho resorte de alambre (30, 44, 62) tiene al menos una parte (32, 34; 46, 48; 64, 66) que se extiende en un plano prácticamente perpendicular al plano de la placa de respaldo (16) y una parte (35, 36, 39; 47, 50, 51; 70, 68, 72) que forma un pequeño ángulo, concretamente del orden de 2 a 20º, con el plano de dicha placa de respaldo (16) y que está sometida a un pretensado respecto a dicho apéndice (24) de dicha placa de respaldo (16).
