Abstract

1. Termocambiador, consistente en bloque termocambiador conteniendo una pluralidad de tubos y aletas dispuestas transversalmente a éstos y por lo menos un suelo de tubo de plástico y una caja de agua de plástico, con lo cual la caja de agua está fija de modo estanco a los líquidos en el suelo de tubo y este último presenta aberturas para el asiento de los extremos de los tubos, caracterizado porque el suelo de tubo (5) presnta en un lado elevaciones (9) en las que se encuentran las aberturas (7), y los extremos (8) de los tubos están fijos en el suelo de tubo (5) por abocardado en sentido radial o encaje a presión en sentido axial, porque el suelo de tubo (5) presenta en su zona marginal una superficie plana (14) continua y la caja de agua (6) presenta asimismo en su borde (12) una superficie plana (13) continua, que está situada sobre la superficie (14) y el suelo de tubo (5) está unido con la caja de agua (6) a las superficies planas (13, 14) por medio de soldadura de vibración. 2. Termocambiador según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la caja de agua (6) presenta un tabique (11) extendido en cualquier sentido con una superficie plana (18), que está sobre una superficie plana (20, 26) del suelo del tubo (5) o sobre una superficie plana (26) de un tabique (25) dispuesto en el suelo de tubo (5) y por medio de soldadura de vibración el tabique (11) está unido con el suelo de tubo (5) o el tabique (25) respectivamente. 3. Termocambiador según la reivindicación 2, caracterizado porque las superficies (18, 19) están por lo menos casi en el mismo plano de encaje para la unión del tabique (11) con el suelo del tubo (5), como las superficies (13, 14) para la unión de la caja de agua (6) con el suelo de tubo (5) a los bordes (12). 4. Termocambiador según la reivindicación 2, caracterizado porque las superficies (18, 26) para la unión del tabique (11) de la caja de agua (6) con el tabique (25) del suelo del tubo (5) están dispuestas en un plano de encaje esencialmente distintoa las superficies (13, 14) para unión de la caja de agua (6) con el suelo de tubo (5) en los bordes (12). 5. Termocambiador según una de las anteriores reivindicaciones, caracterizado porque a lo largo de una o varias superficies planas (13, 14) hay previstas por lo menos sobre un lado ranuras (15, 16) que sirven como depósito de rebadas de soldadura. 6. Termocambiador según una de las anteriores reivindicaciones, caracterizado porque el suelo de tubo (5) presenta en su lado longitudinal un hombro (17), que durante la soldadura de vibración sirve para guiar la caja de agua (6) a lo largo del suelo de tubo (5). 7. Termocambiador según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque las elevaciones (9) están dispuestas sobre el lado del suelo de tubo (5) dirigido hacia el bloque termocambiador (4) y están desarrolladas en forma cónica o cilíndrica. 8. Termocambiador según una de las anteriores reivindicaciones, caracterizado porque las aberturas (7) presentan en sus paredes por lo menos una ranura(27) que circula en sentido periférico. 9. Termocambiador según una de las reivindicaciones 1 - 7, caracterizado porque las aberturas presentan en su extremo dirigido al bloque termocambiador (4) un cono de tope y en el extremo dirigido a la caja de agua (6) un escalón que ensancha la abertura (7). 10. Termocambiador según una de las reivindicaciones 1 - 7, caracterizado porque los extremos (8) de los tubos presentan en sus superficies laterales ranuras que discurren en sentido periférico. 11. Termocambiador según la reivindicación 7, caracterizado porque entre dos hileras de elevaciones (9) hay dispuesto un latón (10) que se extiende en toda la longitud del suelo de tubo (5), cuya altura es por lo menos igual a la altura de las elevaciones (9). 12. Termocambiador según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el suelo de tubo (5) y la caja de agua (6) son preferentemente de un material semicristalino, por ejemplo polipropileno o poliamida. 13.
