Abstract

1. Cambiador de calor, en particular cambiador enfriador para pesos pesados, que comprende unos tubos de circulación (1) ajustados en unas placas colectoras (3) y unidos a unos disipadores (2), estando las placas colectoras recubiertas por unas cajas de agua (10) hechas de materia moldeada rígida y habiéndose dispuesto unas planchas laterales (4) entre las placas colectoras sin fijarse a las mismas para formar tirante entre éstas, caracterizado porque por una parte, las placas colectoras (3) presentan por lo menos una parte deformable entre su parte (5) que recibe los tubos (1) y su parte (8) unida a las cajas de agua (10) y porque, por otra parte, las cajas de agua están rígidamente ligadas a unos montantes laterales (15) para formar con ellos un bastidor rígido. 2. Cambiador de calor, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el bastidor rígido (10,15), está dotado de piezas de fijación y se encuentra suspendido elásticamente en la caja de un vehículo. 3. Cambiador de calor, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque los montantes (15) están constituidos por unos perfiles (15a, 15b) fijados por sus extremos a unas cártelas angulares de ensamble, que por su parte están fijadas a las cajas de agua hechas de materia moldeada. 4. Cambiador de calor, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado por unas piezas elásticas interpuestas entre los montantes (15) y las planchas laterales (4) y por unos tirantes de ajuste (19) que hacen ejercer una presión sobre las planchas (4) por las piezas elásticas (14) manteniendo así los tubos (1) y los disipadores (2) bajo una tensión previa permanente formando los montantes al mismo tiempo una viga hueca. 5. Cambiador de calor, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caractrerizado porque las cajas de agua están constituidas por unas piezas de metal moldeado que presentan unos elementos hechos en fábrica, particularmente unos aterrajados (12, 13) para la fijación de accesorios y la fijación de las cartelas (17). 6. Cambiador de calor, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizado porque las planchas laterales presentan sensiblemente la forma de la letra y delimitan una superficie de apoyo externo para las piezas elásticas por intermedio de la cual se ejerce una tensión previa al tiempo que se permite un movimiento relativo entre las planchas (4) y los montantes (15). 7. Cambiador de calor, según una de las reivindicciones 1 a 6, caracterizado porque las partes deformables (7) de cada placa colectora presentan por lo menos una ondulación. 8. Cambiador de calor, en particular cambiador enfriador para pesos pesados.
