Abstract

1. Envase para materiales capaces de fluir, que consta de paredes laterales unidas una con otra en forma de un tubo mediante por lo menos una costura de soldadura longitudinal, y paredes frontales, las cuales están colocadas junto a los extremos del tubo, forman el fondo y la tapa del envase, y de las cuales una pared frontal, que forma la tapa, consta de material sintético termoplástico sin material de soporte, está adosadamente inyectada a lo largo de su arista exterior junto a las paredes laterales, y tiene una disposición de vertido abatida hacia el interior del contorno exterior del envase, y la otra pared frontal, que constituye el fondo, es cuadrangular, y tiene lóbulos triangulares replegados en apoyo en por al menos un sector contiguo, consistiendo las paredes laterales y el fondo en material de soporte, por ejemplo cartón, recubierto por lo menos por un lado con material sintético termoplástico, caracterizado porque por lo menos dos lóbulos triangulares del fondo, opuestos uno a otro, están plegados en torno a la arista inferior entre el fondo y la pared lateral hacia dentro en dirección al plano del fondo o hacia fuera en dirección a la pared lateral, y están fijados en esta posición. 2. Envase según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque los lóbulos triangulares plegados hacia dentro están cubiertos por lo menos parcialmente por otras partes de pared de fondo. 3. Envase según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque dos lóbulos triangulares del fondo, opuestos uno a otro, están replegados en torno a la arista superior, en la parte más baja en el plano de fondo, y están cubiertos totalmente por las partes contiguas de la pared de fondo. 4. Envase según las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado porque el fondo tiene una costura de soldadura transversal, que se extiende entre dos aristas inferiores opuestas, entre el fondo y la pared lateral. 5. Envase según la reivindicación 1 ó 6, caracterizado porque las partes de pared de fondo, dispuestas entre los pares de lóbulos triangulares, están replegadas en forma triangular y sobre los lóbulos triangulares. 8. Envase según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 7, caracterizada porque la tapa y la sección transversal del envase son redondeadas por los menos en la zona de latapa, y porque la forma de latapa durante e inmediatamente después del proceso de inyección es la forma de uso. 9.
