Abstract
Un procedimiento para producir un compuesto representado por la fórmula general (I), comprendiendo el procedimiento una etapa de someter un compuesto representado por la fórmula general (II) a escisión oxidativa usando peróxido de hidrógeno en presencia de un catalizador de ácido, que es un ácido de Bronsted que tiene un pKa en agua de no más de 2,0, o en presencia de un compuesto de ácido túngstico para obtener el compuesto representado por la fórmula general (I): **(Ver fórmula)** en el que la fórmula -A1- (en donde el enlace frontal denota un enlace que se une con un átomo de carbono C1 mientras que el enlace posterior denota un enlace que se une con un átomo de carbono C2) es un grupo alquileno que tiene de 2 a 6 átomos de carbono que puede haberse sustituido y que puede incluir además un enlace éter, un enlace éster, un grupo amino secundario, un grupo tioéter, o estos, y la fórmula -A2- (en donde el enlace frontal denota un enlace que se une con un átomo de carbono C1 mientras que el enlace posterior denota un enlace que se une con un átomo de carbono C2) es un grupo alquileno que tiene de 4 a 10 átomos de carbono que puede haberse sustituido y que puede incluir además un enlace éter, un enlace éster, un grupo amino secundario, un grupo tioéter, o estos
