Proceso de desulfuración de un corte de gasolina que contiene compuestos de azufre, olefinas y diolefinas, que comprende al menos las siguientes etapas: a) se fracciona la gasolina para recuperar un corte de gasolina liviano de LCN y un primer corte de gasolina pesado HCN; b) se lleva a cabo una primera etapa para desulfurar el primer corte de gasolina pesado con HCN en presencia de un catalizador de hidrodesulfuración y de hidrógeno, a una temperatura comprendida entre 160 y 450°C, a una presión comprendida entre 0,5 y 8 MPa, a una velocidad del líquido comprendida entre 0,5 y 20 h-1 y con una relación entre el caudal de hidrógeno expresado en m3 normales por hora y el caudal de carga por tratar expresado en m3 por hora en condiciones estándar comprendidas entre 50 Nm3/m3 y 1000 Nm3/m3 para producir un primer efluente de desulfuración; c) se condensa parcialmente el primer efluente de desulfuración de la etapa b) para producir una fase gaseosa que consiste esencialmente en hidrógeno y H2S y una fase de hidrocarburo líquido HCN que comprende H2S disuelto; d) se separa la fase de hidrocarburo líquido HCN en un corte de gasolina intermedio MCN y un segundo corte de gasolina pesado HHCN; e) se lleva a cabo una segunda etapa de desulfuración del segundo corte de gasolina pesado HHCN en presencia de un catalizador de hidrodesulfuración y de hidrógeno, a una temperatura comprendida entre 160 y 450°C, a una presión comprendida entre 0,5 y 8 MPa, a una velocidad del líquido comprendida entre 0,5 y 20 h-1 y con una relación entre el caudal de hidrógeno expresado en m3 normales por hora y el caudal de carga por tratar expresado en m3 por hora en condiciones estándar comprendidas entre 50 Nm3/m3 y 1000 Nm3/m3 para producir un segundo corte de gasolina pesado HHCN desulfurada, en donde el proceso comprende: - una etapa c') en la que el H2S disuelto se separa de la fase de hidrocarburo líquido HCN resultante de la etapa c) para producir una fase de hidrocarburo líquido HCN con bajo contenido de H2S disuelto y dicha fase de hidrocarburo líquido HCN con bajo contenido de H2S disuelto que se trató en la etapa d), o - una etapa d') en la que el H2S disuelto se separa del corte de gasolina intermedio MCN resultante de la etapa d) para producir un corte de gasolina intermedio MCN con un bajo contenido de H2S disuelto.
