Claims (14)
1. Способ очистки углеводородных потоков, содержащих меркаптаны, включающий следующие стадии:
контактирование первого потока относительно легких углеводородов, содержащего меркаптаны, с первым щелочным раствором для удаления меркаптанов из первого потока углеводородов и формирования второго щелочного раствора, содержащего меркаптаны;
окисление меркаптанов во втором щелочном растворе для формирования третьего щелочного раствора, имеющего первую концентрацию дисульфидных соединений;
отделение части дисульфидных соединений в третьем щелочном растворе для формирования четвертого щелочного раствора, имеющего вторую концентрацию дисульфидных соединений, причем первая концентрация дисульфидных соединений превышает вторую концентрацию дисульфидных соединений; и
контактирование четвертого щелочного раствора со вторым потоком относительно тяжелых углеводородов, содержащим меркаптаны, для удаления меркаптанов из второго потока углеводородов, удаления дисульфидных соединений из четвертого щелочного раствора и формирования первого щелочного раствора.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором контактирование первого потока относительно легких углеводородов включает контактирование потока углеводородов, содержащего в основном С3 углеводороды.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором контактирование первого потока относительно легких углеводородов включает контактирование потока углеводородов, содержащего в основном С4 углеводороды.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором контактирование первого потока относительно легких углеводородов включает контактирование потока углеводородов, содержащего в основном С3 и С4 углеводороды.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором контактирование второго потока относительно тяжелых углеводородов включает контактирование потока углеводородов, содержащего главным образом соединения нафты.
6. Способ по п. 1, в котором контактирование с первым щелочным раствором включает контактирование с раствором, включающим раствор гидроксида натрия.
7. Способ по п. 1, в котором окисление меркаптанов включает контактирование меркаптанов с катализатором окисления и кислородом.
8. Способ по п. 1, в котором отделение части дисульфидных соединений включает процесс физического разделения фаз.
9. Способ по п. 1, в котором формирование третьего щелочного раствора включает формирование щелочного раствора, имеющего концентрацию дисульфидов 200 млн-1_или менее.
10. Способ по п. 1, в котором формирование четвертого щелочного раствора включает формирование щелочного раствора, имеющего концентрацию дисульфидов менее 5 млн-1.
