Abstract
Способ удаления серосодержащих загрязнений, в том числе сероводорода, из газообразного потока, который включает стадии, где газообразный поток подвергается окислительной обработке; тепло отводится из полученного газообразного потока; сероводород из указанного охлажденного газообразного потока каталитически взаимодействует с диоксидом серы при повышенной температуре, чтобы получить газообразный поток, который содержит серу и воду; выделяют серу из полученного таким образом газообразного потока, обедненного сероводородом, и подвергают указанный поток окислительной обработке; тепло отводится из полученного таким образом газообразного потока, обогащенного диоксидом серы; серосодержащий остаточный углеводородный продукт подвергают окислительной обработке, чтобы получить газообразный поток, который содержит диоксид серы; тепло отводится из указанного газообразного потока, который содержит диоксид серы; оба потока, содержащих диоксид серы, обрабатывают в процессе закаливания; из полученного газообразного потока поглощают диоксид серы, чтобы получить поглощающий растворитель, обогащенный диоксидом серы, который регенерируют; и полученный газообразный поток, обогащенный диоксидом серы, используют в качестве источника диоксида серы для процесса Клауса.
