Abstract
Un módulo de LED (100, 200) que comprende, al menos, un LED (102, 202) montado en un sustrato plano termoconductor (104, 204), estando dicho módulo de LED adaptado para ser utilizado junto con un material de interfaz térmica (TIM) (116, 214) y un disipador de calor (118, 218), estando dicho sustrato plano termoconductor adaptado para dispersar calor desde dicho módulo de LED, a través de dicho TIM, hasta dicho disipador de calor, comprendiendo dicho sustrato plano termoconductor una pluralidad de aberturas para elementos de sujeción (108, 208), estando cada una de dichas aberturas para elementos de sujeción adaptada para recibir un elemento de sujeción (114, 210) para montar dicho sustrato plano termoconductor en dicho disipador de calor, caracterizado porque dicho sustrato plano termoconductor comprende zonas deformables (112, 206) formadas integralmente cerca de cada una de dicha pluralidad de aberturas para elementos de sujeción, siendo dichas zonas deformables formadas integralmente coherentes con dicho sustrato plano termoconductor.
