Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,包括一基板、一发光二极管模组及将该发光二极管模组固定在该基板上的若干锁固件,该发光二极管模组包括一电路板及若干安装在该电路板上的发光二极管,还包括套设在锁固件上的弹性扣件,所述电路板套设在锁固件上,该电路板一侧与基板抵靠,另一侧与弹性扣件相抵靠。与现有技术相比较,本发明通过采用一种在锁固件上装设有弹性扣件而将发光二极管模组、基板固定在一起,实具有装拆方便,结构简单的优点。

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是指一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管作为一种高效的发光源,具有环保、省电、寿命长等诸多特点已经被广泛的运用于各种领域。
传统的发光二极管灯具包括一平板状散热体及若干安装于该散热体底部一侧的发光二极管模组。当发光二极管被点亮时,安装在散热体底部的发光二极管模组起到照明作用,而散热体起到对发光二极管模组散热以及保护发光二极管模组的作用。现有技术中往往通过若干螺钉直接将发光二极管模组固定在散热体上,组装、拆卸过程较为繁琐,费时费力,尤其当高空作业时,发光二极管模组的拆装更是困难。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种能简单拆卸发光二极管模组的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一基板、一发光二极管模组及将该发光二极管模组固定在该基板上的若干锁固件,该发光二极管模组包括一电路板及若干安装在该电路板上的发光二极管,还包括套设在锁固件上的弹性扣件,所述电路板套设在锁固件上,该电路板一侧与基板抵靠,另一侧与弹性扣件相抵靠。
与现有技术相比较,本发明通过采用一种在锁固件上装设有弹性扣件而将发光二极管模组、基板固定在一起,实具有装拆方便,结构简单的优点。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明的发光二极管灯具100包括一散热器10、四固定在散热器底部的锁固件20、四对应套设在每一锁固件20上的弹性扣件30以及一发光二极管模组40,该发光二极管模组40通过锁固件20以及弹性扣件30固定于该散热器10底部。
该散热器10采用高导热率的金属或合金,如铜、铝或铜铝合金材料制成,其包括一呈矩形平板状的基板12及自该基板12延伸的若干散热鳍片14。该基板12具有一顶面16及一与该顶面16相对的底面18,所述散热鳍片14自基板12的顶面16垂直向上延伸。这些散热鳍片14相互平行。所述基板12底面靠近周缘处围设一大致呈矩形的凹槽15,用于收容固定一防水垫圈(图未示)。基板12设有若干上下贯穿的安装孔17,这些安装孔17分布在凹槽15外侧。基板12的顶面16于设有这些安装孔17的位置处未形成有散热鳍片,从而使散热鳍片14对应安装孔17处形成若干缺口,若干固定件(图未示)穿过这些安装孔17以将一灯罩(图未示)固定至基板12上。基板12底部设有四螺孔19以对应安装所述锁固件20。
每一锁固件20包括一头部22、自头部22延伸的颈部24、自颈部24延伸的结合部26以及自结合部26延伸的固定部28。该头部22、颈部24以及结合部26均呈圆柱体状。该头部22底面设有“十”字形槽以供螺丝刀操作。该颈部24自头部22一体向上延伸且其外径小于头部22的外径。该结合部26自颈部24一体向上延伸,其外径与头部22的外径相同而大于颈部24的外径。由于颈部24的外径均小于头部22与结合部26的外径,从而形成介于头部22和结合部26之间的一环形凹槽(图未标)。固定部28自结合部26延伸,其外壁设有螺纹以使固定部28能对应螺合在基板12的螺孔19中。
每一弹性扣件30中心设有一轴孔32且具有凸出的外壁。该轴孔32的内径大小与锁固件20的颈部24外径相配。所述弹性扣件30的外壁的两端的外径与头部22及结合部26的外径相同,且中部外径大于两端外径,其它部位的外径均大于两端外径且沿轴向自中部向两端逐渐减少。因此,弹性扣件30的外壁的上下部分各具有一倾斜面。弹性扣件30的外壁在受到挤压时可沿径向略发生形变,从而使弹性扣件30可以卡扣到锁固件20的凹槽内。在本实施方式中,弹性扣件30由橡胶材料制得。
所述发光二极管模组40包括一矩形的电路板41及均匀安装在电路板41上的若干发光二极管45。该电路板41通过所述锁固件20及弹性扣件30固定在散热器10的基板12上。该电路板41上设有四通孔49以对应基座12上的螺孔19。每一通孔49的内径与锁固件20的头部22的外径的大小匹配,并小于弹性件30水平方向的最大外径。
组装该发光二极管灯具100时,先将锁固件20的固定部28通过工具螺合安装在散热器10的螺孔19内,此时锁固件20的头部22远离散热器10;再将弹性扣件30通过挤压变形卡扣到锁固件20的颈部24外壁即头部22和结合部26间的凹槽内,使得弹性扣件30与基板12相隔设置;然后,如图3-5所示,推动发光二极管模组40将发光二极管模组40的通孔49套设在锁固件20的头部22,此时,发光二极管模组40抵触到套设在锁固件20的颈部24外壁的弹性扣件30;继续推动发光二极管模组40,电路板41通过该弹性扣件30的斜面并使弹性扣件30受力沿水平方向变形收缩,进而使电路板41通过该弹性扣件30而套设在锁固件20的结合部26上,且与基板12紧密抵触;最后,该弹性扣件30通过其弹性张开而卡合电路板41,使该发光二极管模组40固定在散热器10的基板12底部,如图6所示。拆卸发光二极管模组40时,只需要将发光二极管模组40拉离散热器10,电路板41挤压弹性扣件30的斜面使弹性扣件30受力沿水平方向变形收缩,进而使电路板41通过该弹性扣件30而脱离锁固件20。
该发光二极管灯具100结构简单,在组装或拆卸发光二极管模组40时,可省去反复装拆螺钉,且过程简洁易行。

Claims (3)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一基板、一发光二极管模组及将该发光二极管模组固定在该基板上的若干锁固件,该发光二极管模组包括一电路板及若干安装在该电路板上的发光二极管,其特征在于:还包括套设在锁固件上的弹性扣件,所述电路板套设在锁固件上,该电路板一侧与基板抵靠,另一侧与弹性扣件相抵靠,所述电路板上开设有与所述弹性扣件相对应的通孔,每一通孔的内径小于对应弹性扣件水平方向的最大外径;当装配时,电路板挤压弹性扣件并越过弹性扣件后套设在锁固件上,弹性扣件弹性张开而将电路板卡合在所述基板上,当拆卸时电路板挤压弹性扣件而退出锁固件,所述弹性扣件与所述基板相隔设置,所述每一锁固件自远离基板向朝向基板方向依次包括一头部、自头部向上延伸的颈部、自颈部向上延伸的结合部以及形成于结合部末端的固定部,该固定部锁固于所述基板内,所述头部与结合部均呈圆柱状且外径相同,该颈部置于头部与结合部之间且其外径小于头部及结合部的外径,所述弹性扣件套设在该颈部,所述弹性扣件中心设有一轴孔,该轴孔的内径大小与锁固件的颈部外径相配,所述弹性扣件的外壁呈凸出状,其两端外径与锁固件的头部及结合部的外径相同,其中部外径大于两端外径,所述弹性扣件的外径且沿轴向自中部向两端逐渐减少,以在外壁的上下部分各形成一倾斜面,所述弹性扣件的外壁在受到挤压时沿径向发生形变。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述电路板设有若干通孔,每一通孔的内径与锁固件的头部的外径大小相匹配。
3.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述基板上设有螺孔,所述固定部外壁设有螺纹以对应螺合在所述螺孔中。
