Abstract

Un método para alinear un cojinete (52) para un rodillo (34) que se configura para soportar un cuerpo (22) rotatorio, el método caracterizado porque comprende: unir un detector (75) de basculamiento al cojinete (52), en donde el detector (75) de basculamiento genera una señal relativa a la orientación del cojinete; detectar de manera mensurable una inclinación o basculamiento del cojinete (52), en donde el basculamiento se define como una diferencia angular en la orientación del cojinete (52) entre una primera posición del cojinete y una segunda posición del cojinete subsiguiente, que es provocada por una carga de empuje axial en el cuerpo (22) rotatorio; y realizar un ajuste sesgado en el rodillo (34) para devolver el cojinete (52) a sustancialmente la primera posición del cojinete.
