Abstract

Un procedimiento para la fabricación de 13-dióxidos de 6-trifluorometil-7-sulfamil-34-dihidro-124-benzotiadiazina 3-sustituidos que tienen la fórmula general: **(Ver fórmula)** en la que R representa un grupo alquilo con 1-6 átomos de carbonoo un grupo metilo o etilo monosustituido por feniloque comprende las fases de tratar la 5-trifluorometil-anilina con ácido sulfúrico concentrado produciendo el hidrogenosulfato de 5-trifluorometil-anilinioconvertir dicho hidrogenosulfato de 5-trifluorometil-anilinio por calefacción en el ácido 5-trifluorometil-anilin-monosulfonicohacer reaccionar dicho ácido 5-trifluorometil-anilin-monosulfonico sucesivamente primero con ácido clorosulfónico y después con cloruro de tioniloproduciendo el cloruro de 5-trifluorometil-anilin-24-disulfonilohacer reaccionar el cloruro de 5-trifluorometil-anilin-24-disulfonilo obtenido con amoniacoproduciendo la 5-trifluorometil-24-disulfamil-anilina y hacer reaccionar la 5-trifluorometil-24-disulfamil-anilina y hacer reaccionar la 5-trifluorometil-24-disulfamil-anilina obtenida con un aldehido que tenga la fórmula general: RCHO (teniendo R el significado anterior) o con un derivado reactivo del mismoproduciendo el correspondiente 11-dióxido de 6-trifluorometil-7-sulfamil-34-dihidro-124-benzotiadiazina 3-R-sustituido.
