Abstract
Una composición para aclarar y colorear simultáneamente el cabello, comprendiendo dicha composición: un decolorante alcalino de categoría 2 basado en sales persulfato y sales silicato y/o carbonato; y un tinte, teniendo las moléculas del mismo al menos un cromóforo, caracterizado por que el tinte es estable en el decolorante de categoría 2, y por que se selecciona del grupo que consiste en: 3,4,5,6-Tetrabromofenol sulfoneftaleína, Sulfobromoftaleína, Verde de Bromocresol, Azul de Bromotimol, Azul de Tetrabromofenol, Rojo Ácido 26, Naranja Ácido 7, Rojo Ácido 337, Naranja Ácido 8, Tionina, Azul Básico 17, Azul Básico 24, Verde Básico 5 y Amarillo Ácido 24.

Los sustituyentes marcados con (*) son grupos hidroxi, que son tanto activantes como desestabilizantes.
Las Tablas 3 a 5 muestran los resultados de ensayo de tintes azo, tiazina y nitro, respectivamente. Para tintes azo,
5 el factor principal para determinar la estabilidad del tinte es el perfil de sustitución del componente diazo. La sustitución del componente de acoplamiento desempeña un papel minoritario en este sentido, y principalmente en situaciones donde un grupo hidroxi orto está en una posición para formar un enlace de hidrógeno con el grupo azo adyacente. Los grupos desactivantes en el componente diazo localizado en orto o para respecto al enlace azo potencian la estabilidad del tinte mientras que los grupos activantes o la ausencia de cualquier grupo hace a los
10 tintes azo altamente susceptibles al ataque del decolorante (véanse las Estructuras 39 a 49). De los grupos desactivantes, el grupo nitro es el más fuerte y más eficaz en este sentido. Los grupo débilmente activantes, tales como el grupo metilo, son ligeramente eficaces cuando están localizados en la posición orto, pero pueden aumentar la acción de los sustituyentes débilmente desactivantes como el grupo sulfónico colocado en la posición para (compárense las Estructuras 55 y 63). Como se observó con el anillo meso de los triarilmetanos, aumentar el
15 número de sustituyentes aceptores de electrones en el componente diazo potencia la estabilidad adicionalmente (Estructura 64).

Como los tintes de tiazina son relativamente escasos en número, solo unos cuantos tintes estaban disponibles para el ensayo. El propio tinte de tiazina parece ser más resistente al ataque químico que los homólogos de triarilo o azo desprotegidos, posiblemente debido a la disposición del anillo condensado. No obstante, la sustitución orto respecto de los auxocromos potencia la estabilidad del tinte como se muestra en la Tabla 4.

10 Como se ha mencionado anteriormente, el cromóforo de la clase nitro de tintes es un resultado de la presencia de uno o más grupos nitro conjugados con uno o más grupos hidroxi o amino. La mayoría de los tintes ensayados (Tabla 5) eran inestables a la decoloración, posiblemente debido a que el equilibrio de los grupos sustituyentes favorece la activación y desestabilización de los grupos. Es un hecho probado en la química orgánica que cuando un grupo amino o hidroxi fuertemente activante compite con un grupo nitro fuertemente desactivante en el mismo anillo
15 aromático, el grupo activante determina el orden de sustitución. Por supuesto, cuando está presente más de un grupo activante en el mismo anillo, el efecto de desestabilización se hace más pronunciado. Este ha sido el caso con la gran mayoría de tintes nitro (Estructuras 70 a 76). Los muy pocos tintes que se encontró que eran estables son aquellos cuyo equilibrio de constituyentes favorece los tintes nitro desactivantes. Las Estructuras 77 y 78, por ejemplo, contienen dos grupo nitro desactivantes y solo un grupo hidroxi activante por molécula. Uno de los grupos
20 nitro es orto y el otro es para respecto al grupo hidroxi.
