Abstract

Un procedimiento para preparar 1,2,3,3,3-pentafluoropropeno, que comprende: hacer reaccionar CF3CClFCCl2F con H2 en una zona de reacción en presencia de un catalizador que comprende una cantidad catalíticamente efectiva de paladio soportado sobre un soporte seleccionado del grupo que consiste en alúmina, alúmina fluorada, fluoruro de aluminio y sus mezclas, para producir una mezcla de productos que comprende 1,2,3,3,3-pentafluoropropeno, en el que la relación en moles de H2 a CF3CClFCCl2F alimentados a la zona de reacción está entre 1:1 y 5:1.
